By accessing or using FieldVoice AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

3. Service Provision & Enterprise Integrations

FieldVoice AI provides natural language speech processing, multimodal analysis, and action orchestration to connect frontline workers with enterprise ERP, CRM, and CMMS systems. Customers are responsible for configuring appropriate access permissions and API credentials within their external business systems.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of FieldVoice AI.
• Use the platform for any unlawful, hazardous, or unauthorized critical infrastructure bypass.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the cloud infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other customer tenants.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the FieldVoice AI platform, software, and website remain the exclusive property of EVOLTRIZ IT PRIVATE LIMITED. Customer data, asset models, and private manuals remain the exclusive property of the Customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EVOLTRIZ IT PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
